Second Coat reviews up to three hours of process information and delivers a written report within five business days after receiving what's needed. It identifies the three manual processes most worth examining, estimates the staff hours they consume each month from the information you provide, explains what could realistically be automated and recommends the next step for each.
Is the $350 credited if we hire Second Coat to build the automation?
Yes. If you proceed with Second Coat on one of the recommended automation or integration builds, the full $350 report fee is credited against that build.
Can project meetings happen in London?
Yes. Second Coat's engineering lead is based centrally in London and can meet across the city when seeing the operation or speaking with the people doing the work will improve the requirements.
