ONE WEBSITE · THREE CUSTOMER DECISIONS

Different offers need different ways into the same business.

Each page answers a different reader's questions, builds the right kind of trust and makes the next step clear while the business still feels consistent.

PUBLISHED CHILDREN'S BOOK

Make the book easy to understand and buy.

Bright book-specific design, reading age, available formats and the purchase path appear together without crowding the page.

MIDDLE-GRADE NOVEL

Build a story world without losing the reader.

A darker visual system suits an older audience while the premise, reading level and next step remain visible immediately.

HOW THE WORK HAPPENS

Fix the problems customers feel, in the order that matters.

Your website should help people understand what you do, trust your business and act. The work starts with whatever is preventing that from happening now.

  1. 01

    See what customers see

Find the unclear message, missing proof, awkward mobile experience, broken form or weak next step that is costing your business trust and enquiries.

  2. 02

    Remove the friction

Cut the clutter, duplicate pages and unnecessary steps that make visitors work too hard to understand what you do or get in touch.

  3. 03

    Fix what is failing

Repair broken forms, dead links, slow pages, security problems and search issues before they keep sending good customers away.

  4. 04

Make your business easier to choose

Use clear words, useful structure, real proof and disciplined design so the quality of your website matches the quality of your work.

  5. 05

    Keep it dependable

Optional monthly care checks the customer path and technical basics so small problems are caught before they become lost business.

Use the right tool. Fix the real problem. Leave the client owning the result.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What people actually ask.

What does it cost?

A one-page website is $760, a full rebuild is $1,750 and a new multi-page website is $2,250. Every current price and the full scope are published here.

Who owns it when you're done?

You do. Your domain, hosting account and finished files remain in your name from the beginning.

Will my project get enough attention?

Yes. Second Coat limits the number of active projects and confirms every timeline in writing before work starts. The person named in your scope does the work, and every enquiry receives a reply within one business day.

Will I be able to change things myself?

Second Coat uses the simplest editing setup the site actually needs and tells you exactly what you're getting before work begins. There's no obligation to keep paying Second Coat after launch.

How long?

A straightforward website is usually two to three weeks once the content is settled. Second Coat Systems publishes separate starting timelines for automation, integrations and custom software.
