Do the prices include website implementation?
Only where the scope says so. Publishing and booking offers include the listed implementation. Copy and photo-plan deliverables don't include redesigning the website around them.
What happens if the job is more complicated than expected?
Work stops at the published boundary. Second Coat explains what changed and provides the next price before any extra work begins.
