Diagnose first
The $65 Search Visibility Audit captures real search evidence before a business pays for an article, landing page or technical fix it may not need.
SMALL WEBSITE JOBS · SOUTHERN ONTARIO
Second Coat offers a short list of fixed-scope website jobs for businesses that do not need a rebuild. Each one has a published price, a delivery window and a clear stopping point.
WHEN A SMALL JOB IS ENOUGH
A weak homepage does not automatically require six new pages. A ready article does not require a content plan. A booking link does not require custom software. These offers keep a contained problem contained.
The $65 Search Visibility Audit captures real search evidence before a business pays for an article, landing page or technical fix it may not need.
Copy, publishing and photo-planning services turn work the business has already started into a usable website asset.
Booking, additional pages and standard hosting moves have clear boundaries. Complex systems move into a separate scope before the work grows.
THE SMALL-JOB RULE
Every offer below states the deliverable, what the business supplies, what is excluded and the exact condition that changes the price.

WHAT YOU GET
Each small job should leave the business with something it can use immediately, even if no larger project follows.
The deliverable does not depend on hiring Second Coat for a larger project.
The price and timeline sit in the same box as the work, so the buyer does not need to hunt across the site.
If the small job reveals a larger opportunity, the next scope is explained and priced separately.
REAL LOCAL CONTEXT
Most of these services are completed remotely using the public website, supplied content and secure account access only when implementation is part of the scope.
Second Coat is based in Port Dover and London and works with small businesses across Norfolk, Haldimand, Hamilton, Brantford, London and surrounding Southern Ontario.
The service area does not change the price of a remote small job. Travel or on-site production is quoted only when it is genuinely required.

QUESTIONS ABOUT SMALL WEBSITE JOBS
Yes during the founding-client window. The audit is a low-cost evidence-led starting point and its full $65 fee is credited if the business proceeds with a paid Second Coat project.
Yes when the scopes remain independent. If the combination becomes a rebuild, content plan or custom integration, Second Coat will show the more suitable package before booking.
Only where the scope says so. Publishing and booking offers include the listed implementation. Copy and photo-plan deliverables do not include redesigning the website around them.
Work stops at the published boundary. Second Coat explains what changed and provides the next price before any extra work begins.
